1. What a CPAZ Crestive Is

A CPAZ Crestive™ is a copyright-free character concept provided as a creative starting point.

Crestives are not canon, not protected characters, and not part of the Nuricon universe.

They exist solely as creative ideas.

2. Ownership & Rights

CPAZ Crestives are released as copyright-free creative assets.

By purchasing or downloading a Crestive, you are granted full freedom to use, modify, rename, and adapt the character concept.

You may treat the character as your own original creation in derived works.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use CPAZ Crestives for:

Books and written works

Games and interactive media

Films, animation, and comics

Commercial and monetized projects

Personal or professional creations

No attribution is required.

No usage reporting is required.

4. Modification Rights

You may:

Rename the character

Change appearance, personality, or role

Rewrite backstory or abilities

Merge with other ideas or worlds

Claim derived works as your own

There are no restrictions on creative adaptation.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the original Crestive pack as-is

Claim authorship of the original CPAZ Crestive pack

Use PAZ, Podaz, Nuricon™, or CPAZ branding in a misleading way

Represent Crestives as canon or protected characters

6. Canon & Lore Separation

CPAZ Crestives are explicitly non-canon.

They are not connected to:

Nuricons™

The Qultranet

PAZ / Podaz narrative universes

Any resemblance to canon characters is coincidental unless explicitly stated.

7. No License Keys or DRM

CPAZ Crestives:

Do not require license keys

Do not include DRM

Are not tracked or monitored

Proof of purchase is sufficient for usage rights.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading a CPAZ Crestive™, you accept the terms of this open license.

If you require protected, canon characters, refer to Nuricons™ instead.

Crestives are seeds.

What they become is up to you.
