  1. What a Nuricon Is

A Nuricon™ is a sealed digital character artifact combining original artwork, identity, and canon lore.

Nuricons exist as fixed entities within a protected narrative system created and maintained by PAZ / Podaz.

Nuricons are not creative prompts, templates, or character ideas.

They are canon artifacts.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Nuricons remain the intellectual property of PAZ / Podaz

Purchasing a Nuricon grants licensed access, not ownership of the character

The buyer owns the digital collectible item, not the underlying IP

PAZ retains:

Canon authority

Lore control

Final interpretation rights

3. Immutability Rule (Non-Negotiable)

Nuricons are immutable.

The following actions are NOT permitted:

Renaming the character

Altering the character’s identity, history, or role

Modifying the artwork to create derivative characters

Rewriting or overriding canon lore

Claiming authorship or ownership of the character

 

A Nuricon must remain exactly as issued.

4. Permitted Uses

Buyers may:

Collect and display the Nuricon artwork

Reference the character in discussion or analysis

Write non-altering, non-commercial fan material

Cite the Nuricon as a canonical figure within original works, without altering its identity

Any commercial or narrative use beyond reference requires explicit written permission from PAZ.

5. Restricted Uses

Buyers may NOT:

Use the Nuricon as an original character in external universes

Integrate the character into games, films, books, or projects as owned IP

License, resell, or redistribute the character or artwork

Mint derivatives, NFTs, or alternate versions

Remove or obscure the PAZ signature or Nuricon code

6. License Key & Verification

Each Nuricon is issued with a unique identifier (e.g. NURPAZ-001-25).

This identifier:

Confirms authenticity

Defines usage permissions

Allows PAZ to verify legitimate ownership

License scope may vary by Nuricon and rarity.

 

7. Revocation & Protection

PAZ reserves the right to:

Revoke license access if terms are violated

Deny unauthorized usage requests

Update canon interpretations

Retire characters permanently

Violation of this license may result in loss of access and usage rights.

8. Canon & Universe Protection

Nuricons are canon to their designated narrative system.

They are not public-domain, not open-license, and not community-owned.

Canon integrity is central to the Nuricon system.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing a Nuricon™, the buyer agrees to all terms outlined in this license.
